Considering Customer Interests When Implementing BTL Activities
Charity events are considered a clear example of image-oriented BTL activities. Charity campaigns are a type of image-building activity in which certain funds are directed toward solving socially significant problems. Consumers participate in such campaigns with great enthusiasm and satisfaction, while brands, as a result, form a positive image for themselves.
As an example, we can mention the charity campaign “Bir Uşağın Sevinci” (#1usaginsevinci) carried out by the Doymak brand within the framework of the Made in Azerbaijan festival at Bravo Supermarkets.
During the charity campaign, the Doymak brand donated 0.10 AZN for each purchased product on behalf of the buyer. As a result, many children living in social homes were delighted with various gifts, and a new entertaining playground attraction was installed for them.
